1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Turmeric Innovations Inc. ("Turmeric Innovations," "we," "us" or "our"), a Connecticut corporation located at 30 Old Kings Highway South, Suite 155, Darien, CT 06820, USA. They apply when you visit or buy from our online store at turmericusa.com or our company website at turmericinnovations.net (together, the "Site").

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. If you are younger, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Related policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, and any terms shown at checkout, are part of these Terms.

Changes. We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted.

2. Our products and health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements, functional beverages and other foods. They are not medicines.

Not medical advice. Information on the Site, on our labels and in our marketing is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified health professional.

Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, taking medication (especially blood thinners or diabetes medication), have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery. Stop use and consult a doctor if you have an adverse reaction.

Use as directed. Read the full label, including ingredients, allergen statements, warnings and serving directions, before use. Do not exceed the recommended serving. Keep out of reach of children.

FDA statement. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Results vary. Individual results differ. Testimonials and reviews reflect the experiences of the people who wrote them and are not a promise of results.

Product information. We try to describe products, ingredients and images accurately. If the label on the product you receive differs from the Site, the product label controls.

3. Orders, pricing and payment

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the products, not when you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

Limits. We may limit quantities per person, household, payment card or order.

Prices and errors. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep prices and product information accurate. If we find an error in the price or description of a product you ordered, we will contact you and let you cancel or proceed at the correct price.

Promotions. Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated terms, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may end at any time.

Taxes. You pay any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Payment. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

Resale. Products sold on the Site are for personal use only. If you want to sell our products, contact us about becoming an authorized retailer or distributor.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping. We ship within the United States. Orders usually ship within 3 business days and generally arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the order to your shipping address.

All sales are final. Because our products are consumable foods and supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds for change of mind, taste preference, or results.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, or never arrives, email sales@turmericinnovations.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Include your order number and a photo of the problem where possible. We will send a replacement or, if a replacement isn't available, refund the affected items. We may ask you to dispose of the product rather than return it.

Cancellations. You may ask to cancel an order by emailing us before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund method. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to post them.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived.

5. Accounts, reviews and acceptable use

Accounts. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and give us accurate, current information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without permission.

Reviews and submissions. If you post a review or send us comments, ideas or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and experience and does not violate anyone's rights. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display and adapt it in connection with our business, including in marketing, with your first name or initials. We do not pay for submissions and may remove any content at our discretion. Reviews must not make claims that our products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Acceptable use. You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

• give false information, impersonate anyone, or place fraudulent orders;

• post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, harassing or infringing;

• upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the Site's security or operation;

• scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Site, or collect other users' personal information; or

• copy, resell or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property and third-party links

Our content. The Site and its content, including text, images, product designs, logos, and the names Turmeric Innovations, Turmeric Fusions, TuraNova and Turamint, belong to Turmeric Innovations or its licensors. They are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. You may view the Site and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Third-party links and services. The Site may link to websites or tools run by others, such as retailers, social media platforms and payment providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and under their terms.

Hosting. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform and checkout.

7. Disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification

Disclaimer. Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any product will produce a particular result.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Turmeric Innovations and its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Some states do not allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Turmeric Innovations and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or our products, or your violation of any law or anyone's rights.

8. Governing law, disputes and general terms

Governing law. These Terms and any dispute related to the Site or our products are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Talk to us first. If you have a problem, email corporate@turmericinnovations.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally before starting a legal claim.

Where disputes are heard. Any dispute not resolved informally will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

Consumer rights. If you live outside Connecticut, you keep any protections your local consumer laws give you that cannot be waived by agreement.

General. These Terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and supersede earlier versions. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours, for example in a sale of our business. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
